Looking for Experienced Operator (Southern California)

I am looking for insight into how folks have found sweat equity operating partners.

I want to connect with an ambitious operator interested in earning equity in a commercial drywall company. I own a complimentary business and want to expand into drywall.

You need to define the characteristics you're looking for but if I'm reading your post correctly it sounds like you want a technician to do the work to expand your existing business offering. If you have a target business and want to chat, I have some thoughts on how to go about this
