We're launching a new program focused on helping college students get sourcing experience and funding to buy a business of their own, while balancing school or another job. The role • Remote, part-time, about 10 hours a week • Reach out to small business owners from our lists, learn about their business, and connect them with our buyers • Grow into managing your own clients if it's a good fit Pay • Commission on every closed deal, usually $3K to $100K+ per deal • Monthly pay once you're managing your own clients (often 2 to 3 months in) • Put your commission toward buying a business, and Waystation may match it by investing alongside you for a minority stake Why Waystation • Our own AI data platform finds and verifies the leads, so you're calling the right owner • A network of 15K+ buyers, so we can still sell leads that aren't fits for our primary clients • A proven process from first call to close, with scripts and training We're looking for motivated students, willing to learn how to be good at sourcing so we can help enable them to buy great businesses of their own, without needing to go through fundraising or a search.
