We're looking for driven, entrepreneurial Deal Sourcing Associates who want real M&A experience and upside on the deals they bring in. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Identify founder-owned businesses that may be considering growth, succession or a sale - Reach out to owners and start conversations - Introduce qualified owners to our team - Sit in on owner calls and see deals move from first conversation to close WHAT YOU'LL LEARN - How lower middle market deals are sourced, run and closed - How to approach and talk to business owners about selling - How advisors, buyers and sellers work together in a live process - Optional training sessions and direct mentorship from the founder WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Finance, sales and business development professionals, and students interested in M&A - Comfortable with cold outreach and talking to business owners - Self-starter who works well independently - Genuinely interested in sell-side M&A and advising business owners COMMITMENT - Part-time and flexible.
