We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial intern to support our M&A deal sourcing and execution efforts. This is a hands-on role designed for individuals looking to break into private equity, search funds, or independent sponsor investing.
Compensation is performance-based, with commission on closed transactions and bonuses for sourced proprietary opportunities. High-performing interns may be considered for a permanent, salaried position.
Responsibilities:
Proactively source and contact business owners, intermediaries, and centers of influence
Conduct research and screening of potential acquisition targets
Assist in due diligence and transaction support as needed
