I’m Anthony Trinh, founder of Fairground Partners, a traditional search fund. We recently closed our raise and are actively searching for an exceptional business to acquire. I’m looking for a motivated undergraduate to join as a Deal Sourcing & Investment Intern. You’ll work directly with me across the full lifecycle - from identifying targets all the way through due diligence and close. What you’ll do: - Research and identify acquisition targets through broker outreach, proprietary databases, and direct owner contact - Support cold outreach and relationship-building with business owners and intermediaries - Maintain deal pipeline in HubSpot CRM - Screen and summarize business listings against our acquisition criteria - Support due diligence, deal analysis, and transaction execution as we move into later stages Who I’m looking for: - Self-starter with strong research skills - Interest in ETA, PE, or entrepreneurship - Comfortable with outreach and ambiguity - Upperclassmen preferred - no prior deal experience required Compensation: Unpaid, but a $10,000 bonus is paid at close if you source the deal we acquire. If you help us find the right business, you’ll be rewarded for it. This is a real role with real responsibility. If you want front-row exposure to the full search and acquisition process, send me a note and your resume at redacted
