Hiring part time intern to help with financial due diligence for a deal under LOI

Looking for someone to help with due diligence for an active deal under LOI. Ideal candidate would be: - proficient in financial modeling, cashflow & working capital analysis, IRR analysis - good strategic acumen & analytical rigor to conduct customer analysis, vendor analysis, etc. Will start on a project based basis (minimal pay / unpaid) and it could evolve into something more strategic and paid opportunity.
