Pathfinder Growth Partners (PGP), a traditional search fund, is looking to bring on 2 MBA (or relevant graduate program) interns to work directly alongside Mark, the Founder / Searcher. The Associates will serve as a strategic thought partner and valued member of the team, making direct contributions to the search process, receiving ownership of meaningful projects, and driving key results. The Fall 2026 Internship Program will offer valuable exposure to all aspects of the ETA process, including thesis generation, market research, sourcing, outreach, pre-LOI deal evaluation, due diligence, and active engagement with brokers, business owners, and investors. Pathfinder Growth Partners officially launched in March 2026 and is currently in a stage of the search process where interns will gain exposure to both sourcing and deal execution. The firm has developed a robust pipeline of opportunities and Associates will be granted the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to live deals over the course of the program. This is an ideal role for anyone interested in ETA (traditional or self-funded) who wants direct access to all phases of the search process. You will receive real, on-the-ground, and unfiltered exposure to all stages of the journey, allowing you to get a firsthand view of the actual day-to-day experience of operating a search fund. Mark will also provide Associates with personalized advice and access to his investors. All Associates will be given the opportunity to schedule weekly meetings with Mark to discuss goals, questions, or other relevant topics. The Internship is remote, part-time, and unpaid, aiming for a commitment of ~20 hours per week, with the ability to scale up or down depending on interest and availability.
