Thank you to all those that applied. Rehoboth Capital is a self-funded search firm based in Toronto focused on acquiring and operating a single, high-potential business in Canada. We are currently in the initial stages of our search and are looking for bright, driven interns to join our team. This internship offers a rare, hands-on opportunity to get direct exposure to the world of private equity and entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA). Main responsibilities include 1) Deal Sourcing and Screening: Use specialized databases and custom outreach strategies to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets. 2) Market Research: Analyze industry trends and build targeted lists of companies for potential acquisition. 3) Financial Analysis: Assist with financial modeling and business valuation, including analyzing company financials (revenue trends, EBITDA, etc.). 4) Due Diligence Support: Provide research support during the due diligence phase of potential deals. 5) Relationship Management: Support our outreach efforts and participate in initial conversations with business owners.
