Pathfinder Growth Partners, a traditional search fund, is looking to bring on a handful of undergraduate interns (Analysts) to serve on a deal team alongside Mark (Founder and Searcher) and a small group of Associates. The Analyst will serve as a critical and valued member of the team, making direct contributions to the search process, receiving ownership of meaningful projects, and driving key results. The Fall 2026 Analyst Internship Program will offer valuable exposure to all aspects of the ETA process, including market research, sourcing, outreach, pre-LOI deal evaluation, and due diligence. This is an ideal role for anyone interested in pursuing private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting. You will receive real, on-the-ground, and unfiltered exposure to all stages of the sourcing, outreach, and dealmaking process for lower middle market transactions, as well as an opportunity to gain valuable M&A, investment, or strategy experience depending upon your goals, interests, and company need. All Analysts will also be given the opportunity to schedule periodic meetings with Mark and the MBA Associates to discuss career goals, questions, or other relevant topics. The Internship is remote, part-time, and unpaid, aiming for a commitment of ~15-20 hours per week, with the ability to scale up or down depending on interest and availability.
