Hi everyone,

I am looking for an accountant that is use to dealing with holding companies. I am located in Texas and the company we have under contract is located here as well. Through our broker relationships we are still seeing deals so my partner and I are looking into the holding company strategy. I specifically want to talk about tax implications as well as the ramifications of/how to deal with future partners joining at a later date and a few other items.

My ask is who here has a holding company and is happy with their current accountant and willing to share their info. (I am a CPA myself but this is out of my area of expertise,) Selfishly if they located in Texas that would be even better. Also, I would love to chat with someone who has a holding company with multiple partners participating.

Thanks!

Hi ^redacted‌ - happy to chat about Holdco structures. I got very comfortable with Holdcos (what we playfully called the mother ship concept) since I was a Big 4 accountant. Send me a DM or my Calendly is https://www.calendly.com/veltre/introduction. Reach out and we’ll book some time. RV
