i am doing a healthcare practices roll up of US based medical practices , I was hoping to connnect with Legal or CPAs who have experince with formation of holdco structures for tax optimization at exit.
I was exploring BVI as an off shore entity for Holdco ?
Also what is the advantage of a holdco company being a insurance company.
