Home Care Business in Canada

I noticed that many senior home care businesses (esp. franchises) are for sale throughout Canada. Does it make sense to buy them? I wonder if the owners are trying to get out because they anticipate tougher regulations and/or worsening industry performance.

Hello Dara. You can buy a franchise but you have to do a full due diligence to ensure that what you buy can be paid for with an LBO.
