Homebuilder Under LOI

Just signed LOI for a custom home builder in Maryland. Purchase price ~$2 million.

Wanted to reach out to the group to see if any lenders interested in providing debt financing or if there are any investors already in the space that would be interested in some sort of partnership.

Also, would appreciate recommendations for a firm that could help with financial due diligence.
