I am currently looking for the right partner on a hospitality opportunity in Calexico.
The site is positioned in a high traffic border corridor with consistent demand drivers tied to cross border movement, logistics, and regional growth. The concept is a hotel led development with a flag already allocated by a major brand.
I lead Thomas McGee Development Inc., a California based, women owned development and construction platform. We handle development strategy, preconstruction, and execution internally, so this is not a paper deal. The goal is to take this from concept through delivery with the right capital and operating partner aligned from the beginning.
I am looking for a development or equity partner who is comfortable with emerging markets and understands how to lean into fundamentals rather than just headline locations. This is still early enough to shape the business plan and structure together.
