I'm currently exploring scheduling, time clock, and internal communication solutions for our business. We have 90 hourly employees spread across 16 locations, so ease of use, reliability, and centralized oversight are important to us. I'm evaluating When I Work and Homebase right now. Does anyone have direct experience with either and would be willing to share feedback? I'm also open to other recommendations if you've found success with a different platform. Appreciate any insights—thanks in advance!

We switched to Gusto for payroll, and they introduced timekeeping and scheduling about a year ago. We use it for a warehouse of 100+ employees. Can set up ipads for clocking in/out or use the mobile app.

I know someone who built a business around this for fast food and retail. Is that applicable to you? If so feel free to message me.
