Our speaker will be ^redacted who acquired 40 companies in 48 months doing a self-funded search in the music school industry. At that point, Jeff sold a majority stake of his company to private equity but stayed on as CEO. Ensemble has acquired over 65 companies with a run-rate of 2 acquisitions per month. His first company in the roll-up was making ~$100k in SDE and $500k revenue. Now the entire roll-up is ~$11m EBITDA with ~$65 million in revenue.
