Hey guys,

Two part question here:
1) When is the right time or situation to work with a river guide? Are searchers that utilize river guides typically searching for a proprietary deal and avoiding brokers all together (i.e. is this in place of calling on brokers)?
2) What is the best way to find a river guide? Is it all through personal networks or are there additional resources out there to find a suitable guide?

Thanks.

^redacted‌, my understand is that a river guide is a professional in the entrepreneurship space. Most likely a former/current CEO, investor or other professional who has decades of experience and a wide network.
