Using AI as a tool for market research has helped and assisting with different methods to reach out to prospects. For written communication it's also a great tool, but a tool nonetheless, it's still not you writing/typing.

I would agreed with Matthew and Alex above. I primarily use AI to assist in research, market analysis, and summarizing key points of longer articles / documents.
