How do i use this site

I posted a Deal over the weekend, but when I look at the posting, it shows that it has a $0 cost to review, the only photo shown as having permission to view the deal is mine.    I am not sure what that means, but anyone should be able to view it. But, I assume no one can view it. The deal is listed in the Deals below my photo to the right, but not under My Deals on the left.    How should I post a Deal? 

Then, I have hundreds under messages, but no delete or block button exists.   There must be a way to delete old messages and block certain people. 

Is there a YouTube or some basic instructions on making the best use of this site?
