How do mass acquires, Constellation Software, hire so many CEO replacements

Last time I checked Constellation Software was acquiring 2 companies a week.

- How in the world do they mitigate keyman risk?
- How do they hire so many sufficiently good CEOs? They all can't come from other CSI companies.

many of those ceo's stay on for 3-5 years for second bite at the apple.
so there is usually ample time to find someone new or promote from within.
