How do searchers typically exit?
Do they typically get approached by PE / Strategics? Do they hire bankers / brokers?
As a PE investor I would love to know where to find searchers looking to exit!

I don’t know that there is a typical exit for searcher that differs from any other business exiting. We haven’t use a bank to exit any of our deals but that is because we always sell to strategics and generally they knock on our door first and since we have a sense of the market value of the asset we feel confident in the strategics price.
