How folks learned about investment memo

I'm trying to reach Angel investors, and I noticed some websites ask about investment memos, how folks learned about them, and where/what tool they used to craft a solid investment memo.
I would be grateful if you guys share what other websites I can reach investors/VC/angel investors.
