After a long 12 months to get the sale done, I'm about 3.5 months out from the end of the transition training period. I'm just now feeling like I've gotten my mental sanity back and I'm starting to think about what's next. For those of you who've been through an exit, how long of a break did you actually take before jumping back into a search? Was it a hard reset of a few months, or did you ease back in gradually while still decompressing? Curious what signs told you "okay, I'm actually ready" as I do not want to rush things.
