How often do lower-middle-market transactions bust vs. close? Roughly 7 out of 10 deals make it to the finish line, but a meaningful share still break before closing. Since 2022, SMB Law Group has closed over 330 ETA transactions. Please let us know if you have any questions! redacted

I will take the over on 32% here and guess across market its probably closer to 40%. Your team is a pretty polished shop so I assume your broken rate is lower than industry average
