How many times did you receive? Is this a real "red-flag" or should i try to invest more time looking into the deal?

The business I bought in '23 I missed in searching, and a fellow searcher sent it to me. It happens. Reinforces being friendly to all contacts in ETA.

I agree with other comments. I enjoy networking with other search professionals in my area and industry, as we can learn from one another. I don't think it's a red flag; the deal may not be right for them for any number of reasons, usually due to money, location, or the size of the business. In the hospitality industry, the area and market size play a significant role. However, I have one-on-one conversations with six other searchers, two of whom have smaller projects I would invest in. I also referred an investor to another searcher, who partnered with me.
