How exactly would you bring a deal to investors (not raised traditional search fund)? I have found one online that looks like a great fit for me. What do you need to show them other than the P&L & what is provided by the broker?

How would this be different than traditional search? Could one investor technically fund the entire acquisition vs traditional search where I have to parade the deal to ie 10 investors?

I haven't reached that step yet, but my understanding is that you put together an investment thesis with your perspective to the company future, how to grow the business and increase EBITDA. Will the increased EBITDA after 5~7 years, you can calculate the IRR with similar multiple and show this is a company worth investing.

The most important point you need to communicate is how the investor will make a lot of money from your deal and why the risks are low.
