I’ve seen a number of posts here asking how to build a lead generation system that actually works. Below is an infrastructure setup that’s perfect for solo or small-team searchers. You can automate most of it and still keep it high-quality. Here's a system that could work. You can tie it all together using n8n or Make.com (no coding required): 1. Build Your Lead List Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay to pull 5,000–10,000 leads based on your target industry, location, and company size. Pipe these directly into Google Sheets or Airtable for easy tracking. 2. Add Personalization at Scale Use OpenAI or Anthropic to scan company websites and LinkedIn profiles. Generate short, custom intro lines for each lead to make your outreach feel personal, even at scale. 3. Build Your Email Sequences Pick an email platform like Reachinbox, Instantly, Smartlead, or Woodpecker. Write a simple 3–5 step sequence that’s clear, conversational, and to the point. 4. Automate LinkedIn Touches Use tools like Aimfox, Waalaxy, or Dripify to automate connection requests, follow-ups, and profile views. 5. Centralize Your Tracking Use a CRM like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or even Airtable to keep track of responses, tag warm leads, and manage follow-ups—all in one place. 6. Set It and Monitor It Once it’s all in place, your system runs in the background. Just check in once or twice a day to handle replies, tweak messaging, or add new leads. Hope This helps.
