Michael Ly and Shawn Allard are hosting an AMA for anyone who has ever been interested in buying a business, completing an acquisition or is currently in the process and needs some advice. AMA is open to anything about the process, the lending options, raising equity, etc.

Michael Ly is CEO of Reconciled and has purchased three accounting firms in the past three years. He also has gone thru and completed the equity raising process, SBA loan process, non-SBA loan process (secured and unsecured), and the debt restructuring process. Michael also coaches and mentors business owners across the US and has advised others on their acquisition process.

Shawn Allard recently completed an acquisition of Novel Ice Cream in Phoenix, AZ. He is also Sales Director for a dental consulting practice and is involved in real estate sales and investing. Shawn is a central organizer of the search fund community in the Greater Phoenix area.
