Looking to connect with anyone who has off-market Texas-based manufacturing or healthcare or service businesses doing $400K+ SDE. Open to referrals, brokers, or direct owner introductions. How do you do this in searchfunder ? should I be cold reaching out using IBIS, Data axle ? Please share any successful approach or steps to get to off-market businesses.

A lot of clients whom we have helped in finding those prospects follow this process: First, they get clarity on what type of business they want to acquire. Then they tell us the filters to identify if the company would be a fit or not. Then, we use various tools and databases to find the list of companies in bulk, and we manually check which companies are a fit based on the provided instructions. We will find the contact information for the companies that are a fit. Once they have a prospect list of filtered contacts and contact details, they start with email campaigns. After the email campaigns, they club it with cold calls and start dialling those companies, sometimes by themselves, and sometimes they hire someone as well. A few I have seen went a little further with physical mail and even dropped by directly. So here are a few things that my clients have done, I am sure others might have a different approach. Hopefully this might help.
