I agree with Link's comment. Just to add, the key is to setup your email(s) correctly from the outset. just creating an email account is not enough, sadly. If you are past the setup stage and just want a 'feel' for whether you are blacklisted, there are tools you can use to scan public lists, such as, redacted. Also, watch for any bounce back messages as they may have clues.
