How to find out if you have been blacklisted?

I understand you can avoid being blacklisted as a spammer by using platforms like Lemwarm.
But is there a way to find out if you or your domain has been blacklisted, by whom, or generally how much?
I want to be able to keep an eye on the risk I am running.

I agree with Link's comment. Just to add, the key is to setup your email(s) correctly from the outset. just creating an email account is not enough, sadly. If you are past the setup stage and just want a 'feel' for whether you are blacklisted, there are tools you can use to scan public lists, such as, https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx. Also, watch for any bounce back messages as they may have clues.

If your outgoing email uses a dedicated IP address, you can check your IP against blacklists on line like at https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx. Always use a secondary email address and not your primary email for outreach. Get a second domain and set up with a paid Google Workspace account and 'season' it before you start a large outreach email campaign. Happy to answer any more questions on this!
