Can anyone help me with some information about how to form an LLC and what the costs are?
I have been on some websites such as Leagal Zoom but I am wondering what it would cost me to have an
Attorney create the LLC and do the work?

Also, how long does the process take? If anyone has any experience or can point to a website of how
to do I would appreicate it. Thanks!

Whether you can use an online platform or need an attorney depends on the complexity and whether you need tax advice, will have more than one organization in your organization structure, and most importantly whether there will be more than one owner of the business. If you're starting the business solo, you can use an online platform or DIY it, but you do need an operating agreement or LLC agreement to have a separate legal entity that will protect you from liability. I have a course if you'd like to DIY it. It provides the template LLC agreement and walks you through all of the steps of starting the business. If there is more than one owner of the business, you should have a lawyer start the business and draft the operating agreement or limited liability company agreement. This is critical as it's the prenup of your business relationship essentially, and I've seen it cost tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in losses when this isn't done properly. It will generally cost a few thousand dollars for an attorney to start a multimember llc for you. However, it's well worth the investment to do it right the first time. In addition, your attorney will also go over the ideal state of formation and entity selection, and more, when assisting with this. Feel free to DM me or schedule a complimentary consultation if you'd like to discuss this further.
