How to get debt financing in Singapore/Asia?

Hi all, I'm looking to acquire small businesses in Singapore. I personally have the equity, but I've found the debt options for acquisitions to be quite lacking so far, even in Singapore (which I perceived to be Asia's strongest financial hub).

I'm trying to pitch debt to family offices, but I'm wondering if there are any other options? Greatly appreciate if someone knows.

So far talked to a couple of bankers - they never heard of ETAs and LBOs. There is Enterprise Singapore Financing Scheme for M&A, but you better be at least PR to participate. https://www.enterprisesg.gov.sg/financial-support/enterprise-financing-scheme---mergers-and-acquisitions

Like many markets where search funds are nascent (our first was launched a month ago!), Singapore lenders tend to be more conservative and prefer to lend against hard assets. I'm not sure if they are willing to lend against future cash flow - perhaps ^redacted‌ can weigh in here, start giving back? ;) ‌
