How will COVID change the employee experience?

How will the virus change employer/employee interactions over the long-term? We currently have short-term solutions in place that work extremely well - zoom, skype, slack etc....what is the next disruption in the workplace and employee engagement?

Depending on the industry you work in, major areas of disruption will include:
- Workplace public health
- Intra-organizational mobility
- Adaptive learning

I recommend Bersin by Deloitte as a way to stay on top of trends in this space. I'm also happy to chat about this - been thinking about effective employee engagement myself.
