Curious about how people have used the search fund idea in France. I know that the CRA (https://www.cra.asso.fr/) is very active for smaller companies, but my understanding is that the searcher is expected to come up with most of the investment. Happy to chat!

Hi Séverin, we are several French searchers and investors who have started on the Search Fund journey. as you can see on the map. Join us on our group called "France searchers and investors". By the way, Searcher best translates into "entrepreneur par acquisition" in French.

Call yourself a buyer. Sellers don't really care/understand the nuance of being a 'searchfunder' - it will create too much confusion otherwise.
