Do acquirers do this before buying?
If so, any recommendations?

Or, what about after the acquisition, great groups to use for outsourced HR?

I have a lot of fractional HR people in my network if you are interested, please feel free to DM me or shoot me an email. Definitely essential to do pre-acquisition to understand compliance, likely pay increases, churn, etc.
