I'm looking for connections with experience buying or operating HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing businesses. I have a $4.5mln business under LOI in Minnesota and would like some help working through due diligence and getting the operations stabilized after acquisition. Also, likely looking for capital to reduce the loan size. I will be bringing in a good chunk of capital, but there is room for more.
