I built the tool I wished existed during my search. What am I missing?

Some of you may remember my post a few months ago about searching with a geographic constraint in Sacramento. The comments on that thread genuinely changed how I think about owner dependency and deal sizing. Thank you for that. That post caused me to double down on something I was building on the side. Now, I would love for this community to give me your feedback on it. During my search, I got frustrated with how manual the process was. The multiple chrome tabs, the spreadsheets, and the scattered files seemed unnecessary. So, I built Searcher OS. Yes, it scrapes the online marketplaces and the long tail of broker websites to surface listings. A few tools do that. What I set out to build though was an AI-powered operating system. A different way of working. The searcher's home every day. Your buy box criteria, your deal pipeline, your CIM analysis, your broker communications, your files, your financial analysis, all in one system. Some of you saw my post about Marcus, the AI agent I built with OpenClaw to chase NDAs and CIMs. That's built into the platform now. You get a new listing that matches your buy box, Marcus reaches out to the broker, follows up, and tracks the status. The NDA and CIM chase that eats hours every week runs in the background. Here's my ask: I would love honest feedback from this group. Not "looks great." The kind of feedback that tells me what's missing, what doesn't work, and what would need to be true for you to use this every day during your search. My goal is for every searcher to be as productive as a small private equity team with the use of this tool. Grand vision, I know. Help me get there. I recorded a short walkthrough: https://youtu.be/hI__DwcOnNs If you want to try it yourself, there's a 14-day free trial at searcheros.ai. Happy to answer anything in the comments.
