I built the tool I wished existed during my search. What am I missing?

Some of you may remember my post a few months ago about searching with a geographic constraint in Sacramento. The comments on that thread genuinely changed how I think about owner dependency and deal sizing. Thank you for that. That post caused me to double down on something I was building on the side. Now, I would love for this community to give me your feedback on it. During my search, I got frustrated with how manual the process was. The multiple chrome tabs, the spreadsheets, and the scattered files seemed unnecessary. So, I built Searcher OS. Yes, it scrapes the online marketplaces and the long tail of broker websites to surface listings. A few tools do that. What I set out to build though was an AI-powered operating system. A different way of working. The searcher's home every day.
