If anyone has experience with the private credit/MCA space

Hi! Hope all is well searchers. I am currently looking for anyone who has knowledge of the MCA/private credit industry. My company is looking for an operator within the industry. They would have to be in the New York area, and would be better if they were closer to upstate NY.
