SearchFunders, I am seeking opportunities for employment/contracting/venturing either remotely or in the Nashville, TN MSA. I'm a CPA, a FMVA, formerly a CM&AA, and have closed transactions directly as a principal and indirectly as an employee. I have evaluated and participated in buy-side mandates on the micro- and lower-end of the MM up to $80M.
