I’m confused by Searchfunder?
I was originally hoping this platform would connect me with people that are starting a business and have a SBA loan and need the remaining to fully start it. How do I find those deals?

The best way to do it is to make a post and searchers would respond if interested. But I think it's important to provide some details on what you are trying to provide. For instance, as an investor, what kind of expertise do you bring in terms of industry and maybe some kind of proof of capital. If you have an existing portfolio, I would mention that as well so searchers are confident you are a serious investor and not someone just trying to "sell services" to searchers.

Two suggestions for you ^redacted:
1). Sort the field by the DEALS tab and filter Objective by "Raising Capital"
2). Create your own PPM post and select "Investor Seeking Searchers" which will make you easier to find when someone has a deal. DM if you need more help.
