I'm looking for a short-term cash investor (45k)

I'm just about to close my first acquisition, but I've come up short by 45.1k.

The purchase price is $1.77m (5x EBITDA).

We have 60% bank finance and 30% as a postponed payment to the seller.

The bank is requiring I do a 10% cash downpayment of $177k. So far I have $131,900 and I'm looking for someone to invest $45.1k alongside me to complete this acquisition.

Now even with our last 3 deals, they is a push for 10% cash at the table.
the guy that I spoke with earlier passed on the deal.
I’ll keep checking from my other sources
