I'm looking for introductions to Community Bankers across the United States. I have been championing a vision that essentially asks the question "Can Community Banks OWN the software they are using?" Compliance & Auditing Commercial Lending Documentation & Consolidation CFO motions & strategy And for an interesting angle, I have created an industry wide signal engine across community banks and credit unions that tracks regulator orders, financial health of banks, Executive position updates, etc. Pulling from 17 different sources including but not limited to FDIC & NCUA data publications. I am at the stage of seeking market feedback. I am aware of the regulatory bureaucracy that is banking. That is the exact pain I am aiming at. After this last 8 months of preparation, I am ready to share with the market what I believe to be a better path forward for community banks. This will involve multiple banks, working towards a common goal of software independence through the spirit of a vendors cooperative. This also aligns closely with any BHC that may be actively acquiring in this space (This is where my roots got planted). I appreciate any recommendations, conversations, or introductions.
