I'm working this backwards - found company need help with ppm & process

I'm new to the search process. I've found the right company with all the bells & whistles. I need help with ppm templates and going about the capital raising process. Any help/advise would be much appreciated.

Anand I see you are at Booz Allen. I have been looking into employment with them when I leave military. In the mean time I am starting my self funded search now.
