Manasi, it's not straight-forward. There is a narrow path for your own company to sponsor you even if you are CEO. Some criteria will need to be metredactedsomeone in the company should be able to hire/fire you, e.g., Chairman of Board, or another co-founder who has 50%+ of voting rights (2) company should be able to continue without you in your position, (3) has hired American labor, (4) some way to demonstrate that the company was not setup for visa purposes etc. May not be comprehensive. Best to talk to an immigration lawyer (sorry - don't know one personally)
