Impact from Tariffs to M&A Outlooks

Hi Everyone, I have been recently working on a few middle market deals. they are all in retails, more specifically in supermarket business. Many potential buyers ask this question: What will current tariffs impact the future businesses and earnings, as the only financial information we can provide is historical financials.
