Independent Contractor - Business Advisor (Sourcing)

The Brydon Group is a Washington D.C.-based private equity firm that partners with outstanding mid-career executives to acquire business-to-business (B2B), business-to-government (B2G), and healthcare software and services businesses. In this role you will consult for Brydon's CEOs-in-Residence (CIRs) conducting searches in healthcare IT / healthcare SaaS, vertical SaaS, and tech-enabled services. Your primary responsibility will be to support CIRs in their proprietary sourcing efforts—identifying, qualifying, and advancing investment opportunities through targeted outreach. This role requires strong research, communication, and organizational skills. You will leverage Brydon’s sourcing technology and CRM systems, but you will not be responsible for managing or overseeing these tools. The position is hands-on and fast-paced, offering significant exposure to the deal sourcing process and direct collaboration with senior leadership. This is an Independent Contractor position.
