Independent insurance agency/brokerage for sale in California

My firm has been engaged with a California-based insurance agency to search for insurance agencies to acquire and further expand its growing market share.

My client has been working in the insurance business for 15 years. Currently he serves as owner/operator of an independent insurance agency in Southern California which has been in business for 34 years. His business partner has been working in finance and real estate for the last 15 years, currently managing his family investment firm which invests in real estate and small businesses.

Given my client’s background and long-term time horizon, they offer owners peace of mind that their customers will be well taken care of for many years to come. My client doesn't intend to sell the agency for many years, so customers will not be pawned off from one owner to the next. Their main objective is to slowly build an enduring insurance business that will be around for decades to come.
