Independent searchers: Anyone willing to share a termsheets used with LP's

I guess that everyone deals with their investor groups on a case by case basis, but I'm wondering if anyone is game to share either (i) terms sheets that have been signed between themselves and LP's or (ii) general terms you'd expect to be 'de rigueur' when doing so.

There are so many ways to skin the cat, and hoping to learning something new (as well as seeing where the middle ground average deal might be structured): preferred shares, MOIC floors, performance ratchets, etc..

Bonus points if it's somewhat related to Europe :)
