Hi everyone, we had a few PE firms recently join PEmarketplace that are looking to invest in independent sponsor / larger search fund deals. Figured this may be of interest if you have a deal that is more than $2m in EBITDA  and the may require more capital than a typical SBA loan permits.

Hi Samuel, we are primarily focused on sourcing deals from harder to find LMM bankers who are less likely to post deals all over the internet. Many of these 1-10 person firms will have deals that are too small for their PE clients, but big enough to sell to a family office or independent sponsor. When a deal is sourced on our platform, they are welcome to use our tool for raising capital from their LP base.
