I am seeking a Partner to share economics with and help build companies. Preferred experience: 1. Lower Middle Market PE with Board membership and taking a transaction from start to finish. OR 2. Operator with an exit and no immediate financial pressures to finish a deal. OR 3. Consulting background who is not afraid to step into Operations should be necessary. No overly theoretical analysts! What I provide: 1. HNW investor with operational and CFO experience. 2. Willingness to PG a deal to get a platform started. 3. Virtual assistants, interns, and a proprietary deal sourcing software system. What I won't provide: a 200K salary for you to analyze investments and put no skin in the game. Ideally, this is for someone mid to late career with some financial means that still wants to hunt and build.
